As it looks, the "Seagull" clue wasn't the only hint at the next location in the GTA series. A close look at the "Liberty City - It's over" ad from the booklet of "Episodes from Liberty City" reveals a stunning resemblance between the ad and the northern european coastline.

Honestly, why is everyone so fixated at having a GTA in london? The roads are narrow & imo the accent would pi** me off after 10 minutes of play. Rockstar should just put the next one in a new unexpected location.

Like someone said above they could place the next
GTA in the Vatican and still have mafias.

The whole point of GTA is that its makes fun of American culture. Thats one of the many reasons its so popular in the states; most people can relate to certain locations, characters, etc. Besides its time for a sequel to Vice, sunny Miami will be the perfect contrast to IV just like Vice was to III.

If you want open world crime games set in other countries then just demand that Sony bring back Getaway 3 and port Yakuza 3 to the States.

First R* make the Ballad of Gay Tony, now they have a seagull and the channel on the back of the manual - all the signs point to GTA V: Brighton! GTA based in my hometown - it would be the best thing ever. Although that's not to say I wouldn't be very happy indeed if it was based in London. Rockstar's coming home!
