Three Ways to Revitalize the Pokemon Franchise

I do, it's just that I feel that with a little more tweaking other gamers and critics who have since fallen out of love with the series would be able to enjoy the games again. But what would it take? How can Nintendo revitalize a series in the eyes of the "hardcore" that is still so successful? Yeah, I'm itching for HeartGold even though it's so far off. His second suggestion needs to be done though. Don't add 100 new ones, make the existing bunch deeper and more varied throughout the game! Have more adventure, maybe a little exploration/puzzle solving to mix things up more often.
