1 - Camera
The camera is the best part about it. The radio tuner is also awesome. Tell me what you think.

It would really suck if you recently bought a nano.

It's a vga camera, & i still don't see the point of having a camera in your ipod. When almost every mobile out there already has a camera that is far more advanced than this.

1.4 - Welcome to 2009 iPod!
They actually added a tuner on it. Not too thrilled with the camera as my phone already beats it as well as my Nikon D3 and my Canon SD630 Digital Elph. How many more years before they put an HD Tuner in it?

I'll stick with the Zune HD when it comes out.. thanks but no thanks Apple.

A camera in an ipod nano is definitely the most pointless thing ever, it just shows how they have no fresh ideas left.

"It would really suck if you recently bought a nano."

Not really, because with Apple's Up-to-Date program, you would be able to swap the iPod you recently purchased with the upgraded version - so long as you've purchased the iPod within two weeks of the upgraded version.

im with XDF, the Zune HD is just to sweet to pass up. I wish they had a new design for the 5th generation like they have every generation.

8 - The problem I have with apple,
They release things substandard on purpose.then upgrade it later under a pretense of it being an 'upgrade' it shouldve been that way from the start.eg. I phone launched with 2Mp Camera,no zoom. oMG.At the time,3,2mp was becoming the standard.so,they release a 'new' iphone with it. What about no 3G In the original iphone?my nokia from 2005 had 3G.so,any bets a new iphone with a 5mp camera will hit next year sometime?its day light robbery.

Not sure why people are only focused on the camera in the new Nano. The radio tuner with iTunes tagging is a much better feature as far as I'm concerned, and one that is really useful as well. The camera is a nice convenience, but it isn't the thing that makes or breaks it.

The built-in pedometer is a great feature. One less piece of equipment needed when you go running, and the fitness programs make it that much more compelling.

The larger screen is a nice feature, too. I think it's a fairly decent upgrade. Apple got the Nano back on track after the 3rd generation fiasco and it just keeps getting better.
