Reassuring: Alan Wake is 'done,' being polished

Joystiq writes: "Remedy Managing Director Matias Myllyrinne tells Joystiq that Alan Wake is finished and getting all gussied up for its release next spring. After a GDC Europe presentation on how Remedy handles intellectual property, we asked the executive if the long-in-development title would be ready to wake when the snow melts. Myllyrinne noted, "It's all done, we're just polishing at this point."

Great to see it's on track! This game should be a great addition to the horror genre (Or surivival horror? Idk).

Bummer to see that the pc version has been cut/delayed though.

This is utter, utter BS ! 10 months to 'polish' a modern game ? - do me a favor ! - Just more lame drip-fed excuses from a bunch of part-time jokers who's fingers have clearly never been on any type of pulse whatsoever. Expect the inevitable month by month delay, more crap & more delay followed by more crap and delay. All coming to a website near you from 'Spring' next year. Can't wait for this over hyped turkey to poke it's scrawny neck out of the mediocre bag sometime in 2013.
