If it's going to come to the PC or not, i don't know, but Cliffy B clearly stated that gears 2 would not come to the PC. If it arrives at the pc, he would be pretty much discredited and called a liar.

If you logic's were correct, then the Wii would be the best console out there and Wii Fit would be a must have game =/

Come on guys, maybe in the past sales made a difference, but once videogames have been so commercialized , sales no longer can fully reflect the quality of a game. =/

It's sad but true. However, I personally think Gears is a great franchise and the sales are justified, the same can't be said about LBP that is also an amazing game, but sold poorly in comparison which is a shame =/

Love how he said it was due to piracy there would be no pc release though as theres just as much piracy on 360 as PC thats why its selling so well as unlike the ps3 games for the 360 are FREE!!! Why pay £40 a game for PS3 when you can get em free for the 360??

I say its still possible to come to PC. Just maybe not in a way that everyone wants it to be in. Perhaps it will come to PC in a new Streaming cloud gaming service. One way for Microsoft to safeguard against piracy.

@ La Chance. Halo 3 PC is still very likely to come to PC in 2010. Microsoft has some unannounced games they want to reveal to come to Games 4 Windows Live. They didn't do it at E3, but they want to do soon I would think.

Who cares if LBP was the highest rated game.It was obviously the most overrated game because it sold no where near Gears. You guys scream mediocre yet and still UC2 is trying to be everything Gears was.

Edit. Lowcarb. What does sales have anything to do with this subject? Shocky brought up higest rating new ip. Not sales. Downplay Lbp all you like but it's still the official 2008 goty

Edit@effile. Bioshock is multi plat because it's on more than 1 platform. Hence the term multi plat. If MLB is on the psp then it's also multi plat becuse it's on two platforms. You don't need a ps3 to play it. I don't get why I have to explain this.

Gears is a fantastic game with a huge following. I've been playing it since launch, and I would love to see it hit pc. I am a pc gamer, but I own a xbox 360 for THIS game.

Bioshock released first on the 360 and PC, reviews for it and its meta score were already at a high before the PS3 ever saw light of it.

Can't really call it multi if its both on either a Microsoft platform or on Microsofts windows software. If that is true every MLB title\other titles for the PS3 and PSP is multi.

I got a PS3 instead of a 360 because I have a PC to play games on so I guess I would be one of the ones that would want to play it on PC :-)

edit: Gears1 was surprisingly good when I played it on PC. Didn't have much replay value for me though but I did enjoy the single player and Gears2 seems better so I hope it does end up on PC sometime.

Just finished the SP campaign for Gears 2 on the 360 and loved it, but I'd buy it again for PC for updated visuals (and connections).

Gears 1 on the 360 was great, but the PC version was a step above as far as visuals & content.

yeah i bought a ps3 mainly for blu-ray and gow3....but then after i while i realized i got it for gow3 uncharted uncharted 2 mgs ff heavy rain....many others.
i am very very excited for the end of the year.
