Michael Jackson Video Game to be Cancelled?

Split-screen: "Michael Jackson, the King of Pop, the man who influenced artists like Justin Timberlake and inspired bands like Alien Ant Farm, has died at the age of 50. In the midst of all this confusion and tragedy is his little known (to every one but gamers) title to be released for the Playstation 3, Playstation 2 and Wii. Given that the title would be one of the last pieces of work to come from MJ Productions, there's no doubt that Jackson himself was involved in development. If not directly, then there's still the issue of ownership over his various clips, songs, albums, performances and whatnot. The entanglements to follow will not be pretty."

It was one of those games I was shaped as a gamer, it was really awesome game so you obviously don't know what you're saying.

Despite what you may have heard he is not been made into lego blocks, and hes definitely not having his ashes scattered in a sandpit so kids can play with him. From waht ive heard hes been made into shopping bags, so he can remain white, plastic and dangerous to children for eternity.

disrespectful???

this is a guy, that up to yesterday we all hated for being a pedophile. now he's dead and everyone jumps on the bandwagon of loving him again? such sheep.

just cuz he died doesn't mean you suddenly have to respect him. This guy was a crazy pill popping wine-o that touched children!!! he named one of his kids 'Blanket' for crying out loud. he probably ODed on drugs n alcohol that caused his heart to stop and put him in a coma, AND he needed to die just to jump start his career because we all hated him and had no interest. now he's dead and suddenly ppl "love" him again. such a joke.

i wish these bandwagons ppl jumped on would just drive straight off a cliff.

i do agree with hay that that MJ arcade game was pretty cool. though i don't know about shaping who we are as gamers. i'd give that credit to the ninja turtles and simpsons arcade games. :)

Ive heard alot of debate about how MJ should be remembered. As a great preformer or a pedo.

Personally I dont know or care, Ill remember him as a great preformer, innovator, weirdo, and possible molester.

Who knows if he really was a pedo, but we all know that he was a great artist and a total whack job.

I know that he did dangle a baby over a balcony and named it blanket. Thats some wierdo stuff right there.

funny how he 'touched' so many childrens lives & yet so many people are able to walk past the fact that he was a child molesting pervert. You should be ashamed of yourself. There's no excuse no matter how talented he was. Disgusting.

They should release it, I'm sure the Jackson Estate could use the money, especially if they have to start paying back Michaels debt.

A bit off topic but ever since he died people have come out in droves saying how much they supported him, liked his music, etc. If he really had so many die hard supporters, I doubt he would have had the financial troubles he did in his life!

RIP Michael Jackson, you've changed music forever.

uh ? wth are you babbling about ???

His discs even at their worst always sold a lot . Not to mention compilations .

They only reasons he had money issues was because he was blowing everyday more than his income .

So of course he had support , the only folks that outsold him are like the Beatles and Mcartney ...

9 - R.I.P. - One of the Greatest Legend of our time.
I grew up to his music. Wore white socks and mocasins and destroyed them within months cuz of spinning and moonwalking.

Loved him it till he started turning white and acting all weird. But still his music was undoubtfully the inspiration for millions of people out there.

SO FFS since now he's "DEAD" leave him alone. He was hunted most of his life by media and fans, sychophants and people who wanted easy money out of him by blackmailing him. They might have been right or wrong in their accusations but nobody proved him to be a pedo. What if he just liked kids for company, he was weird so it could be one of his idiosyncrasis? God, I hate little kids so that makes me an oppo of pedo?

Shut the hell up guys and just let him be in peace.

gutted, me and the misses couldn't believe it last nite, growing up with him since thriller and bad was the greatest time in history for music, such a happy childhood i had growing up, and now he's gone

i think people really didn't understand him, he was so trusting to people with a open heart, yet the world isn't, and used him, media, blackmail etc...

even now when we go out in the clubs, when a jackson track comes on every1 dances!

i think everyone will remember where they were when he died, the worlds a duller place without him....

RIP MJ

No matter what this man has been accused of....there is no denying his legacy!!! He has sold more records, had more number one hits, and made more of an impact on this world than any other entertainer in history. He will go down right beside Frank Senatra and Elvis Presley as one of the greatest of all time!!! Plus, you can't tell me that you wouldn't want to groove to some of the songs in that incomparable catalog of his!!! RIP MJ---KING OF POP...bring on the game! (yes, I would have bought it if he DIDN'T die, after all I still listen to INVINCIBLE on the way to work some days!!!*L*)

ObviousTruth

I think you missed the part, where he was pushed into paying jordy chandler the money by the money men, then the part about where he was found innocent in a court of law. With actual documents proving it was all about money yet again.

I understand what people are saying, and yes it does make me abit sick that people that didn't care about him etc, all of a sudden say nice things, it's true, be nice the to fking person when they are alive.

Lets all be honest here.

Nobody knows what went on and what didn't and probably will never find out. But hey, you obviously didn't like him.

yes it's true, that thousands of people all over the world die per day, but the difference is, most of us didn't know them.

Jacksons Fans are like his extended family. and in every corner of the globe, people knew of Michael Jackson.

I remember playing the game ages ago when i was alot younger and it was a good game.
