i beat it in 2 days...mainly bought for uncharted beta....but i sold on ebay and got my money back pretty much so meh.....but game deserves 8 AT LEAST....6.5 is just outrageous

It is their opinion and I respect that, but I do believe they went a tid bit overboard with this one. I would say it is at the LEAST a 8.5. Brilliantly made game and you can tell the effort and love that was put into this project. It is an electrifying experience (pun intended)

Lol, I got both Infamous and Prototype and this low score of 6.5 is probably to Prototype .

Infamous is probably the BEST single player action game non FPS that I have played on this gen and I got the 3 consoles.

He made note that the enemies can snipe you from soooo far away, and you can't do the same. Ummm did you unlock Precision? Headshots FTW.

If he just spammed the regular lightning attack and didn't enjoy it, that's his problem. I had a blast throwing grenades and rockets into a crowd of enemies. I liked the redirect power...shoot a rocket, then lightning strike the guy and the rocket goes to that spot. maybe if the guy messed around with the powers more, he could have enjoyed it.

And WTF was up with him saying the ending was stupid and brilliant? The ending was phenomenal.

Whatever, the guys are entitled to their opinions.

That's a crazy low score, while I didn't enjoy InFamous as much as many others did, (I beat it and I didn't really have much of an urge to play afterwards). I still thought it was a very good game.

They do show valid points though, but I think I remember the developers trying to point out that Cole isn't supposed to be a SUPERhero, i.e. recharging his power and such.

It would have got an 8/8.5 in my book.

if you think this game is a 6.5 you shouldn't be reviewing games. I haven't heard anyone, even those that hate the genre, say this game is that bad. Opinion or not it doesn't reflect what gamers think and IMO they shouldn't be taken seriously.

Its a pretty harsh score i don't really agree with their main gripe thats its too repetitive. There's alot of variety in the missions.
My personal score after completing the game would be 8.5
I really liked the ending it was a shocker!

i think the game is great i just hate things like pop ups and sometimes not making a grab for things. and that annoying ass fvcking noise that his back back or whatever it is makes. i thought we got away from not being ablt to skip scenes.

It is still a review, that means that the score and pro & cons should be justified resonable, and knowing the game deeply enough, and for what I read, the only power he used was the main lightning attack and it seems they are imcapable of learning how to use any other attack.

Wow, i absolutely loved the game and i own every blockbuster title for all 3 systems. Its game of the year for sure and never heard of this pathetic reviewer. Must be working for MS. Even G4 is saying if you own a PS3 and do not have this game, youre an idiot. Its frikin awesome, trust me!
