I really want to get this game and I don't see it coming to the US. Will the Freeloader disk still work on my Wii even though I have all the latest firmware updates? If not is there another option?

honestly it will most likley come to the americas,especially if its a hit in japan.
You have a greater chance of this hitting the us market then a port of SF4 for wii.
