The current trophies are so difficult to get in some cases. Get a gold medal on all tracks in campaign on Elite difficulty? HOLY CRAP HOW?

The game is ungodly hard on higher difficulties, and I love it

I would love some new tracks though...

Yeah but when you see someone with 100% on Wipeout you know they must be an awesome gamer. Hopefully this update can fix an issue I've been having, for some reason I can't unlock the "Airbraker" trophy and I've reached zone 63 max. Tried a lot of times and it just doesn't unlock for me, I even tried deleting the save (well I copied it to another profile I have and then deleted it).

air braker is when you use nothing but air brakes on a zone race and get to level 50...I haven't achieved it yet, but there are a lot of tips on it in the racing forums on the PS site...

you can't steer at all, and you have to have the sixaxis set to 'off' entirely...you can only use the air brake to sort of glide through turns...but upping the sensitivity of the brakes makes the thing react really quickly, and it becomes a lot easier than you would initially think...I got to level 44 on air brakes alone already, and I only tried 3 times...so its very possible...

also...yeah there is a friend on my list that has the platinum...and the hardest trophy by far is the campaing gold on elite difficulty...he claims its the hardest trophy out of the 300'ish he already has...

This means that the trophy you get for completely every race at expert difficulty went from very hard to insanely impossible!

I think it'll make the "get gold in every cell" trophy easier now that there's a difficulty setting. That expert one does seem impossible though. I'm pretty happy with my Beat Zico trophy, I feel like I got platinum after getting that lol

Congrats that`s a tough one.

I saw on the forums here a guy who got Zone Zeus, but did a another 25+ zones on top of that. That`s right over a 100. Crazy.

Yeah, only one guy on my list has a zone trophy and it's only the 20 consecutive zones one. I don't think it's even worth all the work, it's only a bronze for that

which were the hardest most frustrating trophies? the best one i got is Beat Zico, and i'm wondering if i should try to get them all now since i got that one... Zone Zeus seems impossible after a few tries, cant get past 55 zones :/

I totally under estimated the elite phantom races so "elite campaign legend" and "arcade parfect" was the most frustrating for me plus they was my last 2 trophies standing in the way of the platinum.

With zone zeus, practice practice practice. Go into the options and turn the airbreak sensitivity down to 70% so you can handle the ship better at the faster zones.

I instantly ruled out about 4 trophies I thought I wouldn't get when I bought the game but I got them. You have beat zico so you can get the rest. Its worth it man. Platinum wipeout hd is RARE.

I personally prefer the 'AAA' soundtrack provided with the game, but either way it is a truly great game only to be found on the PS3.
