2 - I believe this 50 cent game will turn heads...
...the game mechanic looked a lot like Eight Days with you sliding for cover and stuff like that, so It'll be interesting if this game does the gist of what SONY's game was supposed to do, but also be multiplat. Then that only means that SONY has to step-up their game for being usurped.

two sources (i cant remember the other) have said this is shaping up to be decent so even if you wont give it a try, give it chance

What do I know about Hip-Hop? Well for one thing, none of my favorite artists have there face plastered on bloody bottled mineral water! He raps about the same thing ALL the damn time these days. Back in the day (waaay back). 50 was nice on them old mixtapes I have, but times changed ever since "In da club" If you don't want to admit it, that's your business. If it makes you feel better, yeah 50 did contribute to Hip-Hop in the past. Now he's just wack.

That talk about hip-hop like they know it are morons. I grew up in the Bronx, before the world knew what it was or what to make of it. It's all hip-hop from gansta rap to horror core, and the music has always been street. From "Rappers Delight" to "Brenda has a baby". Where most haters get it confused is that they prefer one era over another. When they figure that out then I'll respect their opinion. I like all ranges of hip-hop cause its proof that it's all about perspective, and what you enjoy. What's real Hip-hop is selective to your taste...Period

Now to 50 cents Blood on the sand. If anyone can sit there and play Doom, Duke Nuk'em, Back to the future, Animal Crossing, Dance Dance Revolution, then they can play his game. Hating on it because it's 50 is wack. I'm not advocating loving a bad game, but the perceptions of hate without playing the game shows how much people are "True Gamers". I don't like everything 50 does, but I give benefit of the doubt to be always be impressed. Once I'm let down then I speak. Till then I'll look forward to a review of "Blood on the Sand"...

If a game came out which starred Paris Hilton or (lol) George Bush, I wouldn't buy it because they don't appeal to me. If the dev's really wanted to make a game to stand on it's own merits, they wouldn't need a celebrity (and I use that term VERY loosely ) like the....I don't know, the millions of other games on the market! They obviously wanted to appeal to 50 fans so they and you shouldn't be surprised that it might not be bought by people who think 50's a joke, it makes sense. You really are naive.

...and yeah, there are people who think that 50 doesn't/shouldn't represent Hip-Hop....but that's THEIR OPINION. You have yours. I don't care were you grew up or how old you are, you won't change my opinion and I have no intention changing yours. You like him, you buy his game. I'll save my money for something better....
