I'm looking forward to this game, but this is not exclusive gameplay footage. This is simply them tapping a private event with horrible quality. Not to mention the actual gameplay is only taped for a few seconds max.

screen shakes too much when running.. reminds me of bad company which got me motion sickness. it needs to have that cod4, halo, resistance style when running. other than that the game looks solid.

I could swear that COD4 has real time loading animations. So does Socom. I guess thats just a pitch they are throwing at its competitors. I looks like COD to me, which is really a good thing. The weapons with all the cool attachments is what COD really lacked. This game will definitely fill the COD4 void in the months too come till COD6 comes out. There is nothing but good games from October till the end of next year, which sorta sucks because that only means I will be broke until the landslide of games ends. Oh yeah, I think this is a ps3 exclusive. If not, please dont yell at me. I heard about this game awhile ago in my Official Playstation Magazine.

This isn't some game just to run and gun like in CoD4 , this is a soldier simulation game. If you stick you're head to high you'll get hit and you even won't realize from where the shot came from. Like in one of those short movies about guns that they have. You need to assemble the weapon firs like in real life before firing it ( like that Javelin Anti Tank Missile ) not just pick it up from the ground and fire like there was no ammo limitation.
Looking forward to this game , because I have enough shooter experience already , need to advance further.

If this is coming out on consoles, I really hope they didn't dumb down the controls to do so. Then again, the first one used just about the entire keyboard so I guess that is inevitable. Sad if so, this one should have stayed PC only. Reading through this thread already makes my head hurt with all the noobs saying "just another fps" and making references to COD4. .......PLEASE! To those folks I have to say, just stay away from this game, you're not going to 'get it'.

So I guess the devs who made this dont want us Noobs,, or COD4 players to play it cause we just aren't cool enough? Trust me, if this game sucks I wont be playing this game. Anyways,, This game looks pretty cool,, I dont know if it is a ps3 exclusive, but if it is then its only sweeter to be a ps3 owner. Im in the Socom beta and that was a huge let down for me. I hate third person shooters, but thats not the reason why I hate socom, but Id rather not get into that. I think OPF is what Socom should have been, it just sucks because we havent a clue when its actually coming out. Im almost looking forward to this game as much as the new Killzone.

This one is supposed to be very realistic - one round in your chest and that's it for you just like in the real world. The developers keep stressing that they want the game to be as realistic as possible - note how he had to assemble the javelin before he could fire it. Since it's on the PC, 360 and PS3 we allready know who will get the bastard version - ps 3.

Another amazing game on PS3 that's not possible on the flop box 360.
I notice there's a lot of xbots here good just makes it funnier to see all you xbots hating and you have no games for 2009.
Enjoy your Gaylo Wars and Glitches of War 2 cuz that's only games you got.
