First ten high-res Grand Theft Auto IV PC shots

TISCALI Games posted first ten official screenshots from PC version of Grand Theft Auto IV, showing enhanced graphics and effects in conversion. These are directly from Rockstar, in much higher resolution (1920x1200) and one additional than in the batch on other sites (only 1280x720).

Yeah, these shots do look a little strange, but without a doubt the PC version will look better than the console versions.

Rockstar still have 3 months left of development on the PC version--a lot can change in that time.

1.2 - yeah the pc version does look crappy
the anti-aliasing is nice, but it looks like they took the same native resolution, upscaled it then anti-aliased it all. So we get a clean but unimpressive look, whatever floats your boat.

Consoles can't do 1920x1200 on GTA4, or anything close to that natively.

2.2 - its not exactly native
technically consoles can do 1080p, dont fool yourself into thinking these are native resolutions on pc.

Yes, it's native. It isn't an upscaled resolution.. it's the original output. K, thanks.

Also, GTA4 is 720p on Xbox 360 and 640p on PS3.
