trophies are becoming standard now. there so much better than achievements. each trophy looks different and unique according to what you did and you get to level up your psn ID

Kinda funny reading this concidering its a timed exclusive for the 360. Sorry Rockband but i dont think this will help. You more or less handed the victory to Guitar Hero world tour by doing the timed exclusive. Man that was one stupid descision

5.1 - It isn't that bad when you consider the exact nature of the "excluisve"
The 360 doesn't get the new instruments until the PS3 does (October 19, when the PS3 version comes out). The exclusivity is only for the core game, not the bundle. Those that haven't picked up the first Rock Band would have to first get the first game with the instruments (or buy each individual instrument separately) before getting RB2.

6 - well this is getting very cool.
we are now at the point where developers are announcing trophies and achievements at the same time. t seems to me that october is the cut of date for optional trophy support. after that month every developer will have to have it in there PS3 titles. so next month is it people the last of the games not supporting trophies... this is ging to be good, even though i dont like rockband or guitar hero, it's good to see them supporting the ps3 with this new feature.
