Here now is even more of Sony and Guerrilla Games' Killzone 2, the slick-looking PlayStation 3 exclusive FPS that fans are definitely waiting for.

Be sure to watch this video as it contains footage captured before the cameras were rolling on the stage at G4's E3 '08 Live.

I hear ya man. In 07' when we saw the footage is sort of made sense. Now, after another year of extremely apparent polish, they're still using it. I think it's safe to say the game looks amazing and you can drop the whole "pre" thing.

The game does look fantastic though.

1.6 - Worst Voice Acting ever
The voice acting in COD4 is 100x better than the voice acting in this KZ2 clip.

If Gueriella doesn't fix the voice acting, its going to hurt the game big time.

COD4, worst scripting ever. Not the script, the scripting. Go here. As you approach, your guys run inside and start the fight. Enemies spawn spawn spawn, move to the next point. Super linear do exactly what you are told when you are told nothing else. COD4 has zero, I mean zero room for player creativity. That means a replay value of zero.

So true, so true, agree 100%. But the MP though... We can only hope KZ2's MP is as good or better than cod4, that they learn the appropriate positive aspects of cod and halo mp and take it even further, just imagine! I hope its as awesome as I expect.

7 - This game will probably be amazing.
But right now, everyones getting a little tired of it.

They should let all the info die down. Enough has been said about multiplayer, and enough is known about single player.

I believe they should just stop leaking info until the release date.

We keep seeing the same levels. Some different sections of the level, but the same level non the less.

I actually think its cool they're releasing so much info. We've seen the game change shapes over the last year to become what it is. I can't wait to see what another 6 months of polish will do.

True Fender, I just believe that, Showing the same level over and over again, even with a better graphics, can get a little boring after some time.

The noise of the rifle is sooooooooo good cant wait to hear that on a surround sound system.

Death animations are awesome and the animations as they jump over the rails :O

The cover system looks great its gonna add that extra thing in multiplayer and make it alot more fun. Im so glad its in 1st person the cover system, the one thing that annoys me in 3rd person cover systems is you can see people coming and just hide and wait. Whereas in this game on multiplayer your always gonna have to be popping up to see whats going on around you.

The blood rules aswell.

This was starting to look like it had some attitude but those voices are fairly hilarious and make it feel less adult - they seem aimed towards a younger previous generation or maybe just a Playstation audience.FPS games need a more hardened adult attitude for you to believe and this may hurt Killzone2 a little if it grates

I really have no idea how this game might turn out but it's a tad slow right now and not exactly mind blowing - be honest it needs an injection of some kind

Things can of course change up until launch but they need to inject a whole lot into this before it looks anything near hyped up

How about some better footage

No problem with it's very grey style though and it does at least look better than R2's less than believable setting

I love the detail...the shiny metal on the gun where it's polished from use and the tape on the clips. They're really nice touches that help immerse you in the game. And then they go ruin that immersion with the horrible "turn the wheel" minigame. Hopefully GG will just chuck that part out.
