clearly you've never used xbox live, because if you did you'd realize how foolish your statement was

you act like they are giving away guitar hero content on PSN... 98% of the time you pay for the same content on PSN as you do on live...and to top it off they are exactly the same price

How can the dev trailer cost points? The US PSN has dev trailer for dead space for free.

anyone who pays for themes is a fool anyway...it's easier and better just to add pics from your PC

but you don't have to pay for them...it is an option and there are more than plenty free ones added on a regular basis

same goes for gamerpics

No one is claiming xbl doesn't have free ones available, it's just the principle and more to the point the dev diary. Surely it's an error that it costs money to watch, its not DLC.

14 cents a day won't break me, i've been paying for live since it launched on the original xbox and i never regretted it and i'm sure i'm not the only one

so what the PSN is free, if people didn't enjoy live then nobody would pay for it. It isn't the matter of being a fanboy it is the matter of enjoying the service that is offered.

if somebody pays for the deadspace trailer...its because they want to, it can be found multitudes of places for free but people still buy it

just like any other video that is charged for

its kind of the same idea as filesharing, you can go buy the cd or get it free online, some people will choose to pay...others will not

just because PSN is free doesn't mean its better than Live, and just because you pay for live doesn't mean it is necessarily better than PSN

but I very much prefer live, and I'll continue to pay for live until i choose not to

as for a deadspace dev diary?..i'll pass on either service free or not

it's all about choice and user preference, just like every other xbox article on here i don't understand why people come to tout the virtues of PS3 and PSN when it is all personal preference, all consumer choice

it's not going to change anyone's mind and it doesn't prove your console of choice is superior to anyone elses

and now I hereby declare I'm a fanboy....of super nintendo, who is with me? together we can get the SNES to win this console "war"

but Qore is an Online magazine... and it's into it's 3rd publication. you can hardly use that and compare it to a situation 360 owners have been putting up with for TWO years! we still get stack of FREE stuff all the time... i just think it's strange how people keep supporting MS on this strategy. if there were two shops, one offering Burgers at £3 and chips at £1, and a shop opened across the road that sold Burger at £3 and the chips are free, you wouldn't carry on paying for the chips simply because you originally paid £15 to get exclusive access to it... you'd say 'sod that' and go across the road.

if you think youtube quality is 5x better than anything you need glasses

flv is one of the lowest quality formats known

thats why youtube exists because the format is highly compressed/lossy and easily streamable due to low file size

youtube is not high quality by any stretch....even on the highest quality setting

i'll take sd video over an flv version anyday

this has nothing to do with the videos avalaible on live/PSN it is just youtube sucks quality wise and i felt i needed to say so

have you seen the foo fighters "my hero" video? seriously if i went and watched the same video on my crappy laptop on youtube it would be better quality im not even kidding here. thts why i will NEVER, EVER update my points again, go to hell microsoft your a complete rip off, PSN offers just as much and its FREE
