there are also ps1 games to download.

Don't get me started on what's there to come. There is a LOT. I think consumers can make the right choice on which console is better for them based on their favorite franchises like FFX13, God of War, MGS, GT, GTAiv, RE5.

Actually the first thing that came to mind when reading this article was something a while back when a kids mom bought him a PS3 for Christmas and all that was inside the retail box was a stack of books. Atleast this person got the outer shell of a 360 (although I don't see why whoever took the insides out didn't just take the whole console)

4.1 - I think selling 360 systems that MS knew were defective for 18 months

without doing a damn thing is much more unethical then people returning said broken console for a new one. Broken ones probably just get sent back to MS anyway. They fix them repackage them and sell them as new. Its just the circle of life. haha

from July 2005 to November 2007. (yes, I've been here that long) Now it's actually pretty even. A LOT of people that are viewed as "PS3 Fans" were originally 360 fans. I think I can name like 20 or 30 of them.

lots of my friends who had 360s and were all about it are now ps3 owners with the 360 out the door, most had it rrod on them and whatever happened over the phone and shipping swayed them to get a ps3. They all love the ps3 now and won;t touch the 360 again, and i don;t blame thou, although i do want a 360 for Fable 2, its gonna be epic, i could wait for pc version, but thats a long wait

This isn't as bad as when my friend bought the special edition of GTA IV at the midnight event. When we got home and packed everything up, the game was missing... He went back to GameStop the next day and got a copy of the game.

I guarantee you that Target's loss prevention folks are going to be examining Xbox 360 returns at that store. I can't see them selling so many in a given period that they'll have much trouble tracking down the perpetrator. In my experience, any cash sales of electronics that are returned also require photo id. Target carded me when I exchanged an unopened game a few months ago, and I paid cash for it.

That's how I feel about PS3 owners. Some of you guys, that admit that each console has its pros and cons, its strengths and weaknesses, are cool in my book. But many of you Sony girls who pretend that the PS3 is superior in every way and can do no wrong, are just lame and retarded. Many Sony girls can only say RROD over and over. Lame.

Everyone knows that I prefer the 360. But I've also always said that the PS3 does things right that the 360 does not, and vice versa.

On a side note, LenHart, I don't know what NG2 runs at but I think it looks pretty good. Not the best I've seen graphically, but not the worst. Maybe we've become to spoiled about graphics. If you go to Gamespot.com and pull up pics of NGSigma and NG2, you notice there's no difference, except with Ryu costume. And that's just a change in how it looks, not a graphical enhancement. They look virtually the same.

The 360 controller is a BIG reason I went with the 360. I have never like the PS controller that hasn't been updated for three gens now. They could at least update the trigger buttons to make it feel like your pressing down a real trigger, like the 360 controller. They could also make it fit the hands better, and make the top of the joysticks concave instead of convex.

Of course, that's just my preference though. If someone has been using the same controller design for 3 gens, I can see why they wouldn't want it to change. You know, I think it would be a good idea for Sony and MS to offer two different controller designs and let the customers choose which one they want to buy.
