SEGA has released the first screenshots from their insanely good looking new title, Bayonetta. Bayonetta is a stylish and cinematic action game, directed by creator Hideki Kamiya and set for release in 2009 on the Xbox 360 and PS3.

Sega is trying to step it up I guess. This game is looking slick, along with MadWorld for the wii. Sega looks to be attempting to gain some of the ground its lost in the last 10 sum odd years.

Needs new hits, its how they became who they were. Never settling and always innovating, and the same goes for their franchises. Unless they are going to innovate them, then progress should be made with the best of their talents and a focus on the future.
