Zone of the Enders 3 is on Kojima's 'to do' list

GF Writes: "With MGS4 now complete, Kojima has proclaimed himself done with that series and looks forward to continuing up on past series and creating new ones. Zone of the Enders is one such series. ZoE is a fast paced mech fighting series, and originally launched for the PS2 in spring 2001. While the first one(you know, that free game you got with the demo of MGS2?) was welcomed by a mixed reception, the second Zone of the Enders is largely considered one of the PS2's most underrated games."

I think we can all use some zone of the enders 3 the second one was too awesome(especially the last few fights) and with ps3 graphics I cant even imagine how good it can get!!!

i must be one of not many that thought ZOE games where hyped nothings, and got great scores because they were made by kojima! i can even remember the comment in ops2 mag "cool mech thriller from metal gear creator". seriously, the most fun i had with the first ZOE was the metal gear solid 2 demo which came with the game!

that's just my opinion! and to be honest i've never been big on mech games.

i liked the game that came out for DreamCast. It was called Virtual On and i thought it was awesome. I was hoping Capcom would make a remake for that. And the 360's triggers (reminiscent of the old DreamCast controller) would work perfectly.....

i have both ZoE1 and ZoE2, and have the anime ZoE Dolores, dont have the Idolo movie yet, I can say this though, ZoE pwns Gundam games, wanna know why? you cant port a story of the show to the game, its actually the other way around. thats why gundam games are so bad, not to mention, they are so slow. it would be a dream come true if Kojima makes a ZoE3.

lets hope kojima still likes theater experiences and not dvd experiences.

straight to dvd releases,9 times out of 10,aren't that great.and upscaling the dvd isn't the same as seeing it in all its glory.

would you rather watch it on dvd?or see the "uncut" version in high def?

like how i did that?

Omg, where do I start. Ok, I am a 360 fan mostly and have been waiting for the right time to scoop up the 80 gig ps3, (been trying to wait for the dual shock 3 to start getting bundled in the ps3) but Zone of the enders and knowing it's coming, oh hell yeah, I'll be getting one soon! There is something about every ZOE that I played that was so hypnotic. Was it the music? Was it the gameplay? I don't know WTF it was, but I love that series more than Metal Gear actually, but I like MGS too, but ZOE to me is pure art and I am in love with Hideo Kojima's dev style, he's the Da Vinci of gaming!!!

I take it ZOE3 will still have the cel-shade design graphics. Which is cool, i liked the style, but id love to see what ZOE3 could look like if it was trying to aim for realistic graphics

Kojima must have learned some tricks for programming on the PS3 doing MGS4, Im sure he will work on those to get more out of the PS3 for ZoE.

If it where to go multi, it will undoubtedly loose some production value to allow for cross platform.

I seriously hope ZOE3 is 1st on his priority list, because I NEED a new ZOE.

I'm sure some of you can recall some of my past comments....ZOE is one of my all time favorite franchises...ever. I just love the gameplay.

I hope the graphics will be at or above (if possible) with MGS 4 :D Imagine fast giant robots with ultra realistic graphics. Who wouldn't want that? As for the cut scenes...do it kind of like the way with ZoE one, but only better :D
