Why Penny Arcade's Game Isn't On PSN

After Kotaku posted that Penny Arcade Adventures: On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness, Episode One had gone gold, many of you were wondering why the game wasn't showing up on the Playstation Network.

The game is currently listed only for Window, Mac, Linux and the Xbox 360's arcade.

Kotaku shot a quick question over to Tycho to find out what exactly the deal was. It's all about the hardware. Right now the Penny Arcade game will only be shipping on platforms that support Torque because that's the blood that runs through their game's veins.

"He said they hate all things Sony. Ah-hahahaha, just kidding. I got ya didn't I?"

wow kotaku just fails.
Way to mix personal bias.

Hardcore anti-ps3 haters sit there and think of ways to alienate their readers. He probably wrote it in like 30 secs with the same damn pic for every time.

kotaku.com should be wehatesony.com

Penny Arcade aren't exactly...unbiased. They make it pretty obvious that they think the PS3 is a joke. And anyway, they knew about the engine thing when they first started making the game, why would they ignore the PS3 devel.? Because they don't like the PS3.

I don't care because I want games that don't look like rejects from the Amiga, but saying that it's about the hardware when it's obviously about the engine that THEY decided to use is disingenuous.
