that would make sense really, superheros versus mk warriors just doesn't mesh all that well.

Would be awesome and a much better match. After seeing the fan made video of Scorpion vs Ryu, I thought for sure they would actually come out with the real game later on. Hopefully they will.

In an ideal world, there could be 2 different MK vs SF games that I'd love to see.

First MK vs SF made by Midway and MK team that either renders all fighters (SF or MK) in 3D like MK: Deception or all of them wiht real actor sprites like MK 1-3.

Second MK vs SF created by Capcom and would use cartoon / anime sprites for MK characters just like SF's.

Now these 2 games would ROCK!

This would prevent bickering between both Capcom and Midway on how the game should be made too.

MK vs SF by Midway with this Gens Tech and Fatalities/Blood.
SF vs MK by Capcom with pure SF action and over the top cartoon animated action.

Very good idea MK_Red and I would get them both.

Yeah, just like that actually. Capcom always made the better version though IMO. The sprites in Capcom vs SNK 1 & 2 by Capcom were better and they had way more modes, characters, actual endings, 100x better story, and it just felt like more work was put into the game then the one made by SNK.

Man, I suddenly started drooling.. MK in anime style, hell yea!
The Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm game looks godlike compared the earlier games. It looks drawn all the way, and I would LOVE to see MK in that style.

Also MK and SF characters fit way better together than DC.

it should only be mortal kombat vs killer instinct period not street fighter.plus that would totally suck.has everyone gone insane, whats with you people and street fighter get off it.how does s.f. fit into mk how?.street fighter is anime,mk is gore.no match.how about mk vs mk with better animation and a new artist they still move like puppets man.i thought it was supposed to be next gen.there so stiff,its like playing with g.i.joe's from the 80's.they should move like tekken or virtua fighter.only then would they get respect from me,stop it with the shenanigans damn it.it could have been sweet:(

well thats where a lot of people will argue, 2D or 3D, street fighter is 2D and capcom blew it 3D but MK was 2D (really good) then got a lot better too when it went 3D, if midway were to do it then it should be in 3D, if capcom were to do it then 3D characters but 2D fights (like Street Fighter IV)
