PS3 Grand Theft Auto IV Bundle Now Available from Game.co.uk

Game.co.uk are now taking pre-orders for the new Grand Theft Auto IV Playstation 3 bundle. They are charging £319.99 for the bundle and the release date is scheduled for 29th April.

1.1 - what's the point of having a bundle if you're not gonna advertise it?
So far, I say Sony is loosing the GTA IV war. Microsoft is making some very good commercials advetising the game and then showing the 360 console and price.

How can some people not buy into that? Especially when the PS3 in Europe is a lot more expensive.

Because Sony have opted for in store advertising.

I was in 2 GAME stores today, a retailer that has traditionally pushed 360s, and there was two posters in the front window advertising the PS3 bundle and an entire rack dedicated to the bundle.

Not only that, you have to pre-order, with a £20 deposit, to get one.

This bundle is being treated like a brand new console launch.

Meanwhile, 360 had standard "Coming Soon" display cases.

you lived in America. America is a great country and still a beacon of hope and opportunity for millions in the world (just check the numbers waiting on the list in the Immigration office to get in; not to mention the people that risk their lives to sneak/swim/walk there). I love many countries around the world and try not to cast hatred on any one in particular. If you do a little traveling, you'll find that there are good people everywhere.

What I find so laughable is how many people attack the country that came to their aid years ago in their own country's darkest hour to help prevent them from living under complete tyranny.
Ahhh, just another reminder that hypocricy is only one tyrannical uprising away. I wonder who would come to the rescue then?.......hmmmmm >_>.

Attacking the government of America is fine (I'm no fan of the Bush administration), but to attack the common, peace loving American people is like attacking everyone in the world.

I like bundles. Sony really needs to pump this. I was in a large dept. store the other day and people were completely oblivious to the idea that this type of thing exists or would ever exist.

well, you have actually go to store and look at what's there, and what you will find is a bundled GTA4 system that plays blu ray.

I would guarentee there are going to be PS3 adds soon enough

You are talking europe where people do like ONE Console more than the other even in UK.

The x360 bundle you are talking about is not the official bundle . It is just that the store is selling GTA4+X360

However the PS3+GTA4 is the official bundle

If you are referring to the American involvement in World War 2, for 3 years the British alliance asked for Americas help and for 3 years they were told no, its only because Japan joined forces with Germany and attacked pearl harbour that America got involved and by that time most of the other armies were depleted, lacked resources and were tired, if your not referring to this this please ignore this reply :)
As for this game, i saw my first GTA advert last night on tv for the xbox 360, if my pen15 got any harder i think it will turn to stone, man i cant wait

I just bought the bundle at game.co.uk, delivery to Denmark was only £3. I ended up paying £319.94, which is cheaper than the PS3 40 GB itself in Denmark.

Game in Denmark required £423 for the exact same bundle.

Do anyone have experience with international orders, will I recieve my new PS3 the 29th April?

to be honest im not 100% sure, but im guessing shops will recieve the bundles on the friday or monday, so i cant see the bundle being shipped from england to denmark in 1 day im afraid. But you never know

Good to see its still coming on the games launch. I think a bundle is better than a TV advert. At the end of the day, if you're going to the shops after seeing the advert, you might then see the bundle and buy the PS3 on that GTA hype instead of the 360 as advertised.
