14 - You guys want to know what's really weird?

About a month ago over on the Official Playstation forums, this guy came into the 'Playstation Lounge' raving about Sony's next huge thing that would be monumental to the gaming industry. Obviously he caught everyones attention and I decided to read it out.

He went on to state that Sony is creating this online street fighting game, where you go anywhere, join up with anyone, and fight them for bragging rights. You create gangs, you fight other gangs, etc. I dont know about the collectiong money thing, but I mean it definitely sounds exactly what he was talking about. He ended his post with how he wouldn't be able to say much more about it due to an embargo and what not, also he said he saw the game in some conference in Minnesota. After a few "yeah be more credible" posts (he only had 3-4 posts to his name), he disappeared.

Anyways, I just think it's kind of eerie that this is the first time Ive read anything related this story for some time.

PS3 will have a strong 2009 and 2010 too. The xbox 360 will have no games for 2009 and 2010. You blind bots will have to buy another system in 2010 anyway. You already spent $400 plus $50 xbl which is $650 in 5 3 years. Then in 2010 you have to spend another $400. Not only will you buy the next xbox but you will end up buying a PS3 in 2008 or 2009 as the 360 has no games.

Anyway, PS3 supports MOUSE and keyboard, unlike the Xbox 360 which only supports keyboards, that adds to the list of screw ups, in theory Xbox would be a great way to support MMO's, but not having mouse compatibility is just stupid, good way to give the MMO crown to PS3 early.

You see iv learned something, if your really a gamer then you wouldn't moan between Xbox and PS3. People have opinions and have there console of preference, I Know to me the PS3 is the console for me, however there are things I want from Xbox, (Live, and there exclusive titles) I also like there main menu and the ability to access your music in game.

I know sony are brining out an In game XMB and hopefully it will surpass Xbox version, and that Home will outshine Live, However home needs to be as connected as Xbox live Its hard to explain, but you should really have the option of feeling you can connect to anywhere but still have your fun... (can't really describe it now) as for the exclusive games, PS3 has a good few up there sleeves.

Looking at the Xbox 360, it was at its peak and has some things that I want that I don't have. It's only got its games if Home can do better than Live (in some aspects, I know they are not the same thing) PS3 also needs some Firmware updates to PIMP out there system and need to get more people working on Home, and Firmware updates and Games, Whilst still keeping the quality and enjoyment there. If Xbox release a successful console next Gen round I will be buying it (Given that they take away the charge of Live, Its got a good non breaking percentage, has strong exclusive titles and is a wonder machine I will be getting it, then the next ps3. F*** the Wii its in a whole different ball game, I have one, I like it but it doesn't tickle my pickle for HARDCORE, gaming. I wont be getting Wii 2 when it comes out. But yeah after that rabble I just had, Stop your biatching between each other your all like a bunch of women arguing over who's got the nicest hair.
