A new CryEngine 3 video has been emerged which shows impressive real-time indirect illumination.
Bandai Namco just released a free demo of its upcoming anime JRPG Sand Land for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, and PC ahead of the game's release.
The game was on my radar anyway but now I almost feel obligated to buy it after what happened. I will definitely check the demo out.
I wasn't a fan of the demo just a open world combat demo no story I'm sure the full game story will be good.
Screen Rant writes, "Helldivers 2's galactic war effort would go smoother if Helldivers followed this simple strategy when embarking against the enemies of Super Earth."
I mean the Devs have said they want people to just play and have fun not do the whole meta build thing and optimal ways to complete every mission and that they will deliberately alter things to prevent that. Also this is giving terrible advice. It is saying Todo main missions first despite the fact that stalkers are such a pain in the arse that if you have them destroying the nests before there are so many they overwhelm you is a must.
Also destroying the spore things so you can actually see- makes life easier and destroying nests definitely lowers the density and numbers of enemies that spawn so.... Up to you if you want to bother but...
Balatro has proven popular since it launched in February, and has taken no time at all to reach a huge milestone for any indie game.
Looks pretty damned impressive!
I just hope I won't have to spend a thousand dollars to get games to look like that on my crappy PC.
Indirect lighting in real time is something I have been waiting for in games forever.
This new engine has been named after the botters reaction to the new God of War 3 footage.
The question is will the consoles have all of these features or will some be cut. I wonder if the PS3 version will have the advantage, seems likely especially after seeing the GOW3 footage.
This will be interesting.
