The official launch of Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes is finally upon us! The game is now available for PlayStation, Xbox, Switch and PC.
Such a shame that studios seem not want to harbor the power of modding like they used to.. luckly Value still do eh!
I will wait for more confirmation, but this doesn't sound good at all.
I am dissapointed slightly with DICE(and EA), I really wanted SOMEONE, ANYONE to stand up to InfinityWard and say
'Hey look, dedicated servers and mod tools and console commands... oh and BTW IW we outsold you :p'
Now that's an article I'd approve.
I have corrected it, and I FULLY AGREE It may not have been DICE's choice and I can't really be angry at DICE they had an original IP of Mirrors Edge and they are helping with MoH getting back on form after the mediocore airbourne.
What? EA confirmed BFBC2 will have dedicated servers. They STRESSED it when MW2 released. Where's the source for this article?
PC gaming is taking a turn for the worse. Looks like we be seeing a lot more decisions like this in other games.
They will not release the dedicated server SOFTWARE ,but at least they will let you config the dedicated servers you (now have to) rent out.
QUOTE:
Mod Tools: There will not be mod tools for BFBC2. However a majority of the the games logic is controlled by the server and there will be Serverside control options for the dedicated servers.
