When you think of Japanese role-playing games, you typically think of extravagantly costumed heroes and heroines wielding swords and magic against hordes of dangerous enemies in turn-based battles. But what if you threw all of these traditional concepts out the window, and instead placed a larger focus on action-based gameplay with no magic whatsoever? Then, add in heroes that seem to be pulled straight from a John Woo movie, packing guns and grenades to destroy their enemies.
