No Doubt Sues Activision Over Band Hero Likeness

No Doubt, the band that for all intents and purposes broke up in 2001 so that Gwen Stefani could have a solo career, is suing Activision over the use of their likenesses in the recently released 'Band Hero'.

Courtney Love threatened a similar lawsuit in September over the use of deceased husband Kurt Cobain's likeness.
