According to a Konami insider, the forthcoming PS3 version of Winning Eleven: Pro Evolution Soccer 2007, will have a massive quality gap over the Xbox 360 version.
It will also be running at 60 FPS, have online play and take up over 18GB, no doubt making full use of the enhanced capacity of Blu-ray.
The news came from a forum post on the Japanese game site Ruliweb by an apparent Konami employee who is a team member working on the soccer game. Still this is very much a rumor at this moment.
Welcome to the ‘Top 10’ weekly feature. Each week we will be taking a look at the top 10 selling games in a particular genre, platform, most recent month, even sprinkling in the top 10 selling games from a past year. All sales specified will be worldwide, unless stated otherwise.
This week we will be looking at the top 10 bestselling games published by Konami. Last week we looked at the top 10 selling games published by Take-Two and the week before that the top 10 selling games of May 2012. If there is a particular top 10 you want to see leave a comment and it may be featured in a future top 10.
Why is this a rumor? Isn't this an article/news story? OT I wonder how many copies each MGS and its subsequent re-releases have sold combined.
NoobTalk writes: Well I must say that if the game was called "Noob Evolution Soccer" it would have been way better for us, but, sadly, it ain't.
Kickin' balls with a controller, which games do it best?
ThatGamingSite looks at the 3 best football/soccer games ever made.
These are the best in my opinion :
-Fifa international Soccer ( Sega Genesis )
-Super Sidekicks 2 ( Neo Geo )
-Winning Eleven 3 ( PSX )
-Winning Eleven 2002 ( PSX )
-Fifa 98 ( PSX )
-Winning Eleven 8 ( PS2 )
It`s finally back on playstation after last year`s mess on the 360..This time around the 360 gets a ported version and for Blu ray it`s starting to show it`s advantages no doubt about that

Wait and see? Konami isn't afraid to expose differences in platform capabilities, so it would make sense. 10GB for rendered models alone sounds plausible though for the PS3 version (includes everything from players to stadiums). If this turns out to be true then there are going to be a lot of gameplay/feature differences as well between the 360 and PS3 versions.
"3 times better" sounds like a very technical term...
OMG pro evo 7 3x better on the ps3 ha ha ha. how anyone can believe this bullsh@t is beyond me.
Hey kingboy get real dumbass, both versions will be near identical.
Keep dreaming about your blu-ray and its advantages because its irrelivent to multiplatform games.
