TNG: Velvet Assassin Review

TNG writes: "Not too long ago on TNG, there was an article published entitled "Velvet Assassin Underhyped." It has a good concept, what looked to be solid gameplay mechanics and decent graphics yet the hype surrounding this console exclusive was minimal. While it's true that some games deserve to garner more hype than they do, Velvet Assassin is not one of them. Even stealth game aficionados are going to struggle to find a lot to like about this game. The visuals are the only thing that is current about this game and even they aren't very impressive. In fact, they're downright ugly at times. The stealth mechanics themselves are about as archaic as they come. They are reminiscent of a Tenchu or Metal Gear Solid from the Playstation 1 era."
