Bandai Namco brings MMORGP Dragon Ball Online to Xbox 360

Gameswank EXCLUSIVE scoop, back in March 2007 Bandai Namco announced that DRAGONBALL Online was in development, but what was not know to us untill now is that this title is also in development for the XBOX360! according to gamejob they are looking for a XBOX360 programmer for a Collection of MMORPG "dragon ball online" which is to ship in 2007 Korea/2008 Japan. No mention of the US/Europe but its sure to follow as Dragonball has a huge following around the world. Looks like World Of Warcraft gone anime! Could this be the answer for the XBOX360 in Japan?

Good job if this game is on 360 but thats sonyland ova there it will be on a playstaion console as well. Yet good job if it is on 360 exclusivly. They love DBz that will sell some xboxes.

Xbox Live or Windows Live then you probably won't see it on the PS3. But if they are running their own servers I can see it going to PS3.

yawn..there so many dbz games on the ps2..i dont think this game will make the 360 sell even if it was exclusive..blue dragon barely made a dent in japan..dbz was way popular in in the past but now the it dies out..microsoft need to concentrate on somethin bigger..

I think it is fantastic it's coming to 360, but wouldn't it be better om pc? Where you can type and have mouse etc.
But 360 is also compatible with mouse and keyboard and perhaps then with the controller keyboard who knows :p

Not really because People would rather chat than text plus there's a 360 keypad coming out for the controller and the right analog stick on the controller works better than the mouse in my opinion! Still this is good news for 360 owners and something to be excited about if the game actually turn out good!

I have been waiting for this day for my whole life! This is the game i have been talkin about they should make for ever! This is truly a dream come true! It better come to the U.S. and Bandai better not mess it up! This is the best news ive heard EVER PERIOD! Who needs Halo 3 when i can play as my own created Namekian! Wow im so excited! This game is a dream come true! Finally some new DBZ $hit! They killed the good card game and stop the show on Cartoon Network basically killin most of the fans off! On, ps3, pc, and xbox 360 seeing how mmorpg are one of the most expensives games to make nowadays. It will be impossible to be supported even if it sell really well to a company that could barely sell in japan and korea.

FIRSTLY i LOVE playing DBZ games!!! especially loved playing Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 3 and Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2 (Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi wasnt to great in my opinion and i completed it in 1 day lol, number 2 was much harder) but with me owning an XBox 360 this is fantastic news! and lol i have actually been thinking about this game being on 360 for a long time, and i got my hopes up when Ace Combat was announced on the 360.

My question is this, is it going to be like World of Warcraft as in you have to fight and to quests to get your strengh up? is so thats even better lol, i can imagen playing this for a long time!

When everybody knows the XBox 360 is a failure to communicate considering it breaksdown alot and Dragon ball Z on the XBox 360 isnt going to help the XBox 360 when everybody wants Final Fantasy XIII.

The PS3 is selling 5K more in Japan and just over 20K in Europe. At least the 360 is selling in Europe and America, Sony, a Japanese Company can't even sell on their own turf.

I don't have a 360 yet. I do have the original xbox and that's my gamertag and when I get the 360 I'll be using the same one. I was close to buying a 360 about 2 weeks ago, then the Elite was officially announced so I've decided to wait till the 29th. I'll be picking up Gears of War and Lost Planet with it.

I was dissapointed with all the other Dragon Ball Z games...Hopefully this one is better. I just recently picked up the Dragon Ball Z Season 1 Uncut Set. Highly Recommended!

Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game MMORPG ...World of Warcraft, EVE , FFXI, DBZ has alot of potencial if developed properlly, great battles can happen , epic battles, I also cant wait . And if its a xbox360 exclusive I bet sales in Japan will go up the roof. Great game to be developed multiplatform with PC, PS3 and 360 connected so I can kick sum a r s e in super-sayan level 4 in fusion with a mate! Good news for us 360 owners.

I am very interested as to how this game will play...this has so much potential. How much better would a Naruto MMORPG game be? Think about it...the way the Naruto Universe is set-up screams MMORPG...I'm suprised there has only been fighting and action games based on this license thus far. The 12 different shinobi villages in the series/movies, the numerous clans withing the different villages, the many different jutsu(techniques), the academy and chuunin exams, the mission structures, etc..this all would translate so well (and quite easily I might add) into a great MMORPG. If I was working for Ubisoft or Bandai/Namco or whoever it is that has the Naruto License and I already had my programming degree I would have pitched this idea a long time ago. If they can not see the potential a Naruto MMO has...even more than this already cool looking DBZ MMO...they need to sell the license and give up making games as their creativity well has run dry. What do you guys think? NARUTO MMO...would be simply astonishing!!!
