It's simple. Press SELECT for the SAFE MENU then BLOCK and at the bottom REPORT. (report is not as easy as it should be to use)
This is a virtual environment and unlike in the real world, you are the police keeping the environment safe.

You have the power to make a difference in what is and isn't allowed, though Home is for 17+ and carries a strong ESRB rating for this very reason.

If the person who wrote this article didn't Report or block the people involved they have NO ONE to blame but themselves. Not Sony, Not the people involved, Not some anonymous 'pervert' only themselves.

One of the only things that should be added is a restraint zone where if you block someone for verbal or audible harassment they simply cannot physically move within your space to continue to physically harass you...or simply vanish to another instance or back to their own default personal space.

Other than this omission, Home gives YOU all the essential tools to moderate the world and keep it safe, fun & the public spaces pervert-free.

I guess I can't speak for all of XBL or all of PSN, but at least with Halo games I remember hearing little kids shouting out racial slurs like they were getting paid for it. That's what killed XBL for me. To hear that many racial slurs being shouted was insane. I've played various games on PSN and never heard anything that came close to that. I'm not saying it's not out there, I just have yet to experience it.

They should have mods in Home that are cops with shotguns walking around. If you are caught being lewd the cops smoke your arse, effectivly killing you avartar, in which case you have to start at your own Home all over again and design a new one from scratch. That would piss anyone off.
