Playstation Home patch 1.02 today

Home Community Manager TedTheDog has just revealed on the SCEE forums that a maintenance will start at 11am GMT, and should not last longer than 30 minutes. After that, you will be prompted to download a new Home update: 1.02

i am kinda sad that the mall in HOME is charging real money
although all items are 0 now it appears that the system can charge thru credit card/network card..

Sony has to make money out of this so charging for items and advertising is the best way to get money. And imagine the development cost that HOME has created they have to some how break even.

I hope rooms will be added in again, but I'm starting to highly doubt that, either way one more step until open beta.

Seeing as it's just a server stability, all lights seem to be green and hopefully either one more update or just a few more days until Open beta

This is a different patch. Maybe on the mall related servers as some ppl i talk to in Home had freezing issues.

i also heard that LBP rooms could come in this update, but this patch seems to be making the loading times faster, which is a good thing..and ALvadr, my friend isnt in the beta, lol

Yes...that is really my only complaint with home....the loadtimes between the different zones. I do not might the downloading of each zone since you can now background download them...

There were these two guys talk fight with their mics....I started circling around them and then a bunch of people started to garther around them...they were talking some deep crap about each other and their moms....It was almost like real life...heck it was like we were in high school.

What HOME needs is a fight club...where you get prizes (home cash?) if you win that round or fight.

1 You don't talk about fight club.
2 You don't talk about fight club.
3 When someone says stop, or goes limp, even if he's just faking it, the fight is over.
4 Only two guys to a fight.
5 One fight at a time.
6 They fight without shirts or shoes.
7 The fights go on as long as they have to.
8 If this is your first night at fight club, you have to fight.
