TEB Review of Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway

TEB:

"Gearbox clearly believes that the best way for players to appreciate the gravity of actual warfare is to confront them with the grim realities of violence head-on. Locked and loaded with powerful modern hardware, BIA:HH presents one of the most realistic battlefields ever rendered, and as a result, virtual war has never been more harrowing. Grenades and head-shots produce nightmarishly realistic deaths, often resulting in dismemberment and mutilation. Players who stop to scrutinize enemy corpses might be alarmed to encounter a dead German soldier with his innards hanging out in a hillock of shattered ribs, complete with an eyeball dangling out of its socket. It's not a gratuitous amount of gore, but just enough to communicate the brutality of the second World War in a respectful, realistic fashion."
