NoobFeed editor Jay Claassen writes - Nexus 5X is a great deep strategy with endless potential for the genre, and even more potential to ruin a few friendships in good-natured fun. No Comments? Weren't people hyped for this game?
I had never even heard of it till now. However the fact it had John Romero's involvement fills me with utter dread the game would have been a complete stinker.
Some of us still haven't forgotten "Daikatana", for that game alone John Romero should be banned from coming within 200ft of a programmable device. The canning of "Severity" is not bad news it is incredibly good news it means we won't have to suffer another John Romero game (trust me Daikatana was THAT bad).
I remember it was mentioned a few years back. But I guess it was in the state of vaporware for so long,it seems they pulled it.
Everything started going down hill from there. They tried bringing Q3 back a year later but by then it was too late.
Good riddance CPL and good riddance Severity.
Don't know what kind of game it was supposed to be even. Don't think it will be missed...
