Nvidia GT200 is a 512-bit, single chip card.

"We finally managed to confirm a few details about the GT200. This is without a doubt a single chip card and as we said before, its quite a big one.

The second important detail is that the chip supports 512-bit memory and at least on the memory side it is ready to fight the ATI RV770XT.

We know that the GT200 is a high performance part and it will certainly be faster than the RV770XT, but we are not sure if it will be faster than the R700, a dual chip card. At this time, no one knows the answer to that.

The GT200 needs a dual slot cooler and it will dissipate quite a lot of heat, but it promises great performance."
