16 at the moment, been debating sticking another 16 in but I only use it for gaming

You should be OK with 16. Honestly your graphics card max ram is more likely to hit a wall before your 16gb of regular ram will

Gamepass, obviously paid my subscription. But given it runs out in 2 5 years I won't be paying extra on top of what I've already paid to play it.
