Dragon’s Dogma 2 Impressions: Didn’t Play the First One? No Problem, You’ll Love it Anyway - IGN

IGN : Dragon’s Dogma 2 really clicked with me because you need to constantly be on your toes. There are moments of downtime when you can just enjoy the vista or pose with a random Ogre you’ve defeated. But more often than not I was organically finding combat encounters and secrets that I wanted to investigate more. And that amazing loop was consistent as I made my journey back.

"Incorporates 3rd-party DRM: Denuvo Anti-tamper 5 different PC within a day machine activation limit" Yeah, hard pass. It can be the best game of all time but I will never support Denuvo.

"But in this build on PlayStation 5, Dragon’s Dogma 2 was averaging around 31 frames per second with dips during heavy moments of action"
"if I had one hope, it would be that Capcom added more options in the framerate department including, at minimum a capped 30 frames per second mode"

These guys can't even deliver 30 FPS on PS5 hahaha

Game has some issues tho and its not the GOTY everyone hoped.

Small enemy variety.
Very poor endgame. Its just Caelid with some bosses.
Fun classes like Assassin and Magic Knight gone
One weapon type per class.

Overall its a great game.
