Richard Bailey Jr. of The Koalition writes: Last year, Sony achieved an incredible milestone when the PlayStation 4 became the fastest-selling home console to reach 100 million units sold. With an outstanding library of notable titles like Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, Horizon Zero Dawn, Detroit Become Human, Death Stranding and more, it’s easy to see why this 6-year-old home console still remains a popular choice for most players today.
Atlus wins over gamers yet again.
4.8? This game is literally one of the best modern JRPGs. I’d give it the perfect score.
It seems Ghost of Tsushima on PC will have the same PSN purchasing restrictions that caused massive backlash to Helldivers 2.
not available in JAPAN., wtf sony need to sort their sh** out. this is beyond a joke when a samurai game cannot be sold in Japan, something is wrong.
Got the feeling Sony are half arsing the PC thing. It's that or the whole PC thing is completely lost on them.
Why tho? The SP works without the need to log into PSN, this was literally announce. So why is it an issue? Simply A. removing the login restriction fixes this, or B. People simply won't play the MP which I don't think people will care much. A better option is A, or even better just lower the game price in those countries to compensate for the lack of MP access.
Media Molecule director said the studio's next title is more a game & less a creation tool. He also regrets not having a PC version of Dreams.
If there was one PC version that should have existed it’s Dreams
I’m super glad they will be going back to something more traditional gaming wise.
My dream was DreamsVR and creating landscapes, characters, and sculptures using that amazing toolbox in vr, that would have been something imo.
Dreams PC was the dream. Woulda given the game a much needed boost. Here’s hoping they follow it up well.
I use to say this when the game was first releasing, many kept saying it would not be possible, something about the toolsets.
I said this was one game that needed to be on as many platforms as possible, including PC and Xbox just like how Minecraft is everywhere.
Creation tools just don't work on console very well. It's definitely more suited for PC, and it's very odd Sony decided not to port it over. Good MM is working on an actual game instead.
Sony has several high profile games still coming to PS4 this year. The Last of Us Part II, Ghost of Tsushima, and Final Fantasy VII Remake are all definitely day one purchase material.
Really looking forward to FF: Remake, but it might be worth it to wait until it comes out on the Series X. (If rumors are true about the specs). And by that time hopefully they'll be more episodes out... hopefully.
TLoU 2 looks good and is definitely on the list to play.
Wasn't too impressed with Ghosts as of now, but I will give it a shot if I have time, it's definitely another game on the ever growing cue of Gamefly.
Sony proves their worth with the PS4 in the delivery.
TLu2
Ghost of Tsushima
FF 7 Remake
This is why everybody is not going to hesitate when the PS5 arrives. Everybody knows the stature and the caliber of Sony in such delivery.
2020 will be another really good year for my PS4.
