Lost Soul Aside. Originally a one-man project that was picked up by Sony, the game's been in development for roughly seven years. In that time, the title has clearly undergone some dramatic changes — especially in terms of scope — and it's looked more and more promising with every showing. The game's most recent appearance arrived last summer, when a new trailer seemingly confirmed that the initial PS4 version was cancelled, in favour of PS5 and PC.
With ChinaJoy in Shanghai in full swing, UltiZero Games released a brand new trailer of its highly-anticipated action RPG Lost Soul Aside.
To be fair it was just 1 guy making the game originally. I think it's a team now albeit a small one.

Sony Interactive Entertainment will publish Ultizero Games-developed action RPG and PlayStation China Hero Project title Lost Soul Aside worldwide, the companies announced. It will be available for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4.
This game has been on my radar since it was announced 1 million years ago (or so it seems)! Wasn't it being developed originally by just one person?
Yes it was, then Sony noticed the game and started funding the development. There's a whole studio working on it now.
Those who have been waiting for Lost Soul Aside news may be satisfied before the end of the year.
I don’t get it. The last trailer I saw of this game it looked too good to be true, now we can’t see anything except “news” at the end of the year? This game’s been in development for a long time. It makes me feel like we’re getting Watchdogged here.
I thought this game was well on it's way but the development timeline keeps increasing it seems.

It feels like vaporware at this point
Integrating hundreds of stock assets is not an easy task.
It might look good, sure, but good luck with making it work and become an actual decent game.
A PS6 or PS7 game..lol.
