Rather than starting at the scheduled time of 9:30AM PT/12:30PM ET, the PlayStation Network maintenance started at 8:30AM PT/11:30AM ET earlier today. There doesn’t seem to be any delays for the end time though, with the official PlayStation website saying we can expect it to be over at “around” 3:30PM PT/6:30 ET. - PSLS
