So far EA and Battlefield 2042 are ticking all the right boxes and going in the right direction for the most part. So that’s good keep it going.

Yep. I just hope EA has learned from BFV's mistakes. I cannot wait for some BF multiplayer! Sandbox, no eSport feature to worry about, and just warfare where I can spam my revive paddles. LOL!

Show some humility and give us a finished product, is that too much to ask? Still not impressed or convinced for Day One after BFV and I think that’s why you see this article, Dice knows they have a lot riding on this version and have to deliver. Still, Looking the versions available for pre order I think I’ll wait to see impressions and hopefully pick it up on sale this holiday season.

Lol after Battlefield V sold 7+ million in its first six weeks and was labeled a disappointment, I'd say that's wise.

It was a disappointment because they only made those sales numbers after they dropped the price 50% off less than two weeks in.

I made the mistake of buying the premium version to get access early, only to have them drop the price very soon after because it was selling horribly. Never again EA!! I'll wait and see if I'll buy it after launch.

They need to stop with trying to add 15 different modes with only certain maps on certain ones. Conquest on BFV is like that, you can't play through all the maps unless to switch lobbies. They keep fragmenting the community. Just make Rush good again, keep conquest, TDM, and get rid of the rest of the garbage. Or rotated modes in and out but just keep the number of modes low. I love options/choices but my opinion is too many choices sometimes is a bad thing.

Agreed, in Battlefield where matches take so long and require so many players, having too many different game modes is actually a problem. Most of the modes in BFV other than Conquest just seemed like worse versions of Rush, but for whatever reason they haven't seemed to be able to get Rush right more recently. Hopefully if nothing else, there will be some decent Rush servers on the BFBC2 servers in Battlefield Portal.
