“Baldur’s Gate 3” is going to showcase some in depth gameplay at Pax East 2020

Larian Studios is excited to announce the eagerly anticipated gameplay reveal of Baldur’s Gate 3. Larian’s Creative Director Swen Vincke will be playing live on stage with a very special guest, revealing more about the story, mechanics, and the answers to much asked questions (all of this will be shown at Pax East 2020 and via Larian Studios Twitch stream).

You heard it here first, Baldur’s Gate 3 could be the saviour of Stadia!

For everyone who can’t afford a powerful PC, Stadia will offer a path to playing the game. I’ve tested Google’s platform so I know it works (for me). So I would consider buying this.

@VenomUK they would need a much bigger game something like Overwatch or or whatever is popular with casuals these days . Baldurs Gate has a following of course but not nearly big enough to save a sinking ship like Stadia

There's a trailer for it too, but it's quite possibly the worst trailer I've ever seen in history.

But it doesn't matter, because in the new one, the playable characters are characters from the Drizzt Do'Urden books. (Drizzt, Wulfgar, Bruenor, and Cattie Brie)

the hard decision for me will be do I play this on PC or PS?I rarely game on my PC though it’s capable enough, but I spent so many hours playing Baldurs Gate games and games like it during that time it may feel weird on console . I’ll probably get both or hope for mouse keyboard support on console .

You will certainly need a bit longer to get use to console controls, but they are not overly complicated at end of the day.

Played Pillars of Eternity, Baldurs Gate and Divinity Original Sin I and II, and overall i'm pleased with the console experiance.

Where's the gameplay reveal? This is a making of video with a stupid monster roaring trope at the end. All hype and no substance shown and absolutely nothing relating to what made the original games so great beyond the use of the name as a cash grab.
