Another Assassin's Creed game? It's the one franchise that I have no interest in playing yet I've managed to accumulate almost every title in the series via promotions like Games with Gold.

Jedi Academy, Bomberman and the retro Bloodstained, these games were decent...15 years ago.

Disappointing GwG offerings this month, in my opinion.

L.M.A.O!

Seriously, I have hundreds of AC titles that I never purchased, ever. And I have never played any of them. Yet they just keep popping up in my games list. I swear, we get a new AC every other month, every time Ubi announces a new one I get confused, "don't I already have that AC?"

Too funny!

zahdab1949d ago

There isn't a 100 AC titles ... u can't be seriously serious

gangsta_red1949d ago

There's actually one hundred one AC titles.

darthv721949d ago

There's like... 11 games in the Creed series (more if you count mobile releases). I kind of gave up after Black Flag.

Bomberman is always fun and Jedi knight was a good game in the series. I wish they would bring that back but with the way EA and Disney have been doing things..... ?

Bloodstained looks cool for an 8bit inspired CV clone.

gamer78041949d ago (Edited 1949d ago )

I feel exactly the same way, I have almost all of the titles now and I never could get into them... I wish they'd start offering more variety.

rainslacker1949d ago

I've played them here or there. For the most part, I don't get excited about them, and just come around to playing them once in a while when I happen to feel like it. It's just one series I could never get into, mostly because the premise of genetic memories is completely stupid, and detracts from the historical story stuff.

RauLeCreuset1949d ago (Edited 1949d ago )

This is so true. I loved the first AC. I haven't completed AC3. I have a backlog of AC games I can't bring myself to work through, because there's a new one every time you turn around.

ActualWhiteMan1949d ago

Rogue is so underrated. Amazing game.

FanboysKiller1949d ago

I have always try to avoid dirt cheap games on xbox and ps store deals cause they will be free eventually.

AC games are good for the most part, the ones in France and England were pretty generic but still fun and the last 2 are pretty awesome. I would say that if you didn't play them at the beginning they would be hard to play now, especially AC1 as the series improved on itself as it went.

The Wood1948d ago

Yes for good ol bomber man r.

UltraNova1948d ago

Maybe MS has some kind of a deal with Ubi for AC games landing on GwG? Who knows..

Bomberman!? Hells Yeah! And I came this close to buying that retro Bloodstained.

I swear, they must have a bargain basement filled with Assassin Creed games just ready to hand out whenever.

Not a bad month, not the greatest, but some fun games for me to play.

Baza1949d ago

Oh can’t wait to jump into bomber man! Are you kidding me?? This is a terrible month for Xbox

gangsta_red1949d ago

Yes, I can't wait to jump into Bomberman! I'm not even kidding too.

SegaGamer1949d ago

What is wrong with liking Bomberman? Bomberman has always been a fun series.

LoveSpuds1948d ago

Wouldn't get your hopes up too much, it's generally regarded as a poor version of bomberman.

The Wood1948d ago

Bomber man is the sh## I just purchased it on sale for the ps and a few of my mates did the same.

Microsoft continuing to work towards putting every AC game on GWG I see. Not happy about yet another original Xbox game either especially after how they gave us a duplicated 360 game last month. I guess we only get 1 Xbox 360 game a month now.

darthv721949d ago

I like they are giving og xbox now but yeah... maybe they could balance it out with 2 xbo, 2 360 and 2 og.

gamer78041949d ago

yah not happy about that either... well at least I have plenty of games to play this month with kingdom hearts 3 coming out

aconnellan1949d ago

It’s a bad month for sure, it why unhappy about getting an OG Xbox game? OG had some great games, Jedi Academy included

TGGJustin1948d ago

The games don't really hold up today. I'd rather they give us 360 games.

EDKICK1949d ago

Not an amazing month but I've heard a lot of praise for Bloodstained and I'll at least give the others a try.

franwex1949d ago

Wow, Bloodstain and bomber man look fun. Assassins Creed and Star Wars look meh. I’m not a big fan either one of that franchise, but if you are I guess that’s cool. I do appreciate the og Xbox games too.

Dreamcatcher451949d ago

What? Jedi Academy is an awesome game. It might be outdated for some people, but It's still a very good game.

franwex1949d ago

I’m really not into Star Wars. But when the game came out it was popular among fans. I’ll still try it out though. Might as well.

rainslacker1949d ago

Bomberman is always fun. Really addictive, especially with friends. It's a great party game.

Zero Dawn sold really well so I’m not sure this belongs. The second game released next to a big game again and it hurt it some I forget what it was though, oh yeah Elden Ring .
But a good game is a good game to me I don’t care when they release personally but they do have to think about it when you want to get more people to buy it.

These games are crazy nostalgic for me… those FMVs… I can almost smell the computer room in my house growing up.
