Warhorse Studios has unveiled a new screenshot for its next-gen RPG that will be powered by CRYENGINE, Kingdom Come: Deliverance.

I dont see anything looking that good , is there other screen shots besides the 2 pictures i see on the site link? cos the second pic on there looks pretty underwhelming imo and i love a good RPG.

For sure. This is one to look out for. It will be nice to have a low fantasy/realistic RPG to play alongside the others.

the blogs they have posted on the website are interesting and make it clear they are shooting for realism and dont care for doing things like every other rpg. I am very excited about this game but that 2015 is too long.

I agree with him. It honestly doesn't look too good, especially for it being Cryengine. The ground looks nice though... Maybe the picture has to be blown up, but from the small picture and all, from what I can tell, it looks very mediocre.

@HellzAssasin: You can enlarge the pic by opening it in a new tab and clicking on it. It's clearly visible that the compression really ruins the quality of that image.

I agree with toddybad, i just cant see anything that looks special at all there in those pics,the character models look like skyrim but squished into smaller stocky ppl, the building arent anything new or graphically exciting. I just dont see it at all. Even on the " http://www.dsogaming.com/wp... pic its still not something impressive, unless it was a 360 or ps3 game then i would say yeh looks as good as skyrim.

Yeah, I refuse to get too excited until it gets a publisher. I hope it does though, the concept is definitely interesting.

Right now it's just a concept. The developer has no publisher, and I doubt they can fund the game on their own.

they have been working on it for a long time and they have stated that they would look else where for money if they dont get a publisher. They seem very dedicated to the project.

I'm digging the idea that it will be rooted in reality, with no mythical or magical elements. That right there sets it a part from 90% of all RPG's out. Hopefully they can pull it off, and keep it interesting.

fff... cryengine...I'd be surprised if you told me those shots were from PS2, but really? The Witcher 3 is going to run circles around this, even TES online is looking better than this.

So far I only saw some combat, if there wont be a story with choices/consequences please dont call it a RPG game. Any game with character development, item custumization and maybe a generic story is a RPG these days...
