Richard writes: "ITORAH tells the story of being the last human on a world full of masks. If that was me, my sanity would last all of 30 seconds before I started talking to the masks and/or creating new personalities as I wore them. I would not be concerned with discovering why I ended up as the last human, but that’s why this videogame is not about me. Find out just what happened in ITORAH, out today on Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch."
There doesn't feel like there is much new in ITORAH, little original in terms of gameplay. But the world is a great place to spend some time in.
Adam from NoobFeed writes - ITORAH is a straightforward adventure but shows that even simple systems, when done well, can be used to create something amazing.
"The Germany-based indie games publisher Assemble Entertainment and indie games developer Grimbart Tales, today announced with great thrill and pleasure that their Mesoamerican-inspired 2.5D side-scrolling platformer “ITORAH” is now available for PC via Steam and GOG" - Jonas Ek, TGG.
What about this makes it 2.5D? I did not see one example of gameplay in the 3rd dimension. Klonoa, now that is what I call a 2.5D platformer.
